The HACCD, which was set up in 1999, is a chamber which represents Greek businesses or companies which trade, have connections, or are interested in expanding their business to the entire African continent. The Chamber's main mission is the promotion of mutual economic – cultural – touristic ties (relationships) in all fields between African countries and the Hellenic Republic. Focus is also given to small and medium sized enterprises.
